Monotony…the beat goes on.

So I’m still working on filling out grad school applications. I have to wonder why these schools care about what I’ve been doing for the past five years. It would be a lot easier if I could just check a box that says I haven’t done anything illegal and leave it at that. I worked at the mall a few times. Worked for Iowa State in various capacities. And…that’s actually it. (Whatever role I play in your fantasies does not actually constitute a state of employment for me.)

I wish there were some better movies out right now that I actually wanted to see. That would break up the monotony of filling out my permanent address five times. Wait, ten times–these places like you to fill it out more than once. I’m not sure why, and I don’t want to know. I think they might be testing my patience. Or my proofreading/spelling ability. If so, at least they’re testing something I can do.

Ok. Because even I’ve realized how boring I am at the moment, I’m going to be compassionate and end this paragraph right here.

  1. For the love of God, stop the beat from going on. (Once again, your sole reader has grown concerned by your lack of updates. Are you yet living?)
