Dreading it.

I don’t really want to take down the Christmas tree. It took hours to get it up and looking decent and it’ll take more hours to take it down and restore the area around it to normal and to finish being annoyed with the process. Is it acceptable to just throw a sheet over the thing and ignore it for eleven months?
